Between 06 and 10 March 2017, Colonel Professor Eng. PhD. Cezar VASILESCU participated in the Training Needs Analysis Cyber Defense Working Group in Hague, Netherland.

    The goal of the working group was to analyze the correlation between the "Cyber Defense" discipline requirements, as set out in the Strategic Plan approved by the North Atlantic Council, and the educational offer of NATO Education and Training Institutions for 2017-2018. Other objectives envisaged by the event were: solutions for education and training that meet the training needs of NATO and Partners, performance targets that the former must meet, training avenues for the "Cyber Defense" discipline. The courses corresponding to NATO requirements were selected and validated and divided into two categories: mandatory and recommended.
